With Online Training I can write you a programme that can you do from home using any equipment you have and also one that you can do at the gym.
Most importantly you will gain additional support and motivation through weekly check-ins. You will have the option to complete a weekly check in form and I can view an online food diary if you use one. This is great for accountability!
