Personal Training sessions are just that....personal to you! The programmes I write for you will be based on your own goals which could include weightloss, fitness, strength and general wellbeing. Initially we will chat through what you would like to achieve and then formulate a plan. This will involve looking at your current fitness levels, lifestyle and approach to diet to determine what areas we need to work on. l will then devise a progressive programme to help you reach your goals. Sessions are generally once or twice a week and can be face to face or virtual if needed.

- A recipe book a month for the first 3 months.
- Support, motivation, tips and recipes through my Facebook support group.
- Forms to help you plan your week and log progress.
- Workouts that you can do at home if you have equipment.
